Trainings
Most of the women who are serving in ECCD centers after got through G.C.E. O/L or A/L examination. If they have no any employments, they will start ECCD centers and collecting money from the parents of the children and using for their living but they have no any professional training. This will reveal as a big lacking. If a man wants to become strengthen, he should arrange the childhood for it. It should be done by the knowledge obtained from the subjects like psychology and social science. Such knowledge should be obtained by all the teachers who are engaged with the children. To avoid this deficiency there are various training courses were implementing for the betterment of the children in these two districts regarding ECCD
The training courses are maintaining with the help of provincial and divisional authorities of government and non-governmental organizations.

Development of physical environment
In the same way most of the centers do not have sufficient physical resources to offer the proper education to the children in these areas. Majority of the centers are running in uncompleted common buildings like temples, or community halls etc. In the same way those damaged places are not suitable for an ECCD center and so owing to that it will be very difficult to preserve children’s creation and to keep the place in a proper way.
In addition to that, very necessary parts of the ECCD centers are, such as play grounds, security fence, water, electricity, sleeping rooms, offices, kitchens, etc. and it is not available in most centers.
Government’s minimum standard is in such a building, there should be a space of 20 sq.ft. for one child but in any place there is no such space to be seen.
As a solution to these problems HADEF has taken steps to establish new buildings, repairing of existing buildings, preparing of play grounds, giving desks, chairs, benches and giving musical items, Providing of books, arranging security fences, granting electricity, water etc.

Establishing parents committee and make it strengthen
These centers will not be able to maintain by sole individual. According to the teaching of social works in community development stakeholders should get the help of external resource organizations. It is understood that there is no such a relationship between stakeholders and external resource institutions in these centers. Owing to this situation these centers will be in the same condition every day, and it will be responsible for the long term maintenance and permanency of these centers.
As we mentioned before there is no any unity among the teachers serving such centers and those centers are staying in various levels. Teaching, teaching activities, arranging of physical environments will be different. Owing to these reasons, we planed to make an organization collecting all the ECCD centers in the district.
We establish parents committee each center of 35. Again we form a cluster by collecting the chief officers of above committees. HADEF was made with participants of above cluster and the hierarchy of this foundation was made from grass root level to top level.
Parents have less knowledge regarding the ECCD. More time of the day child is living with parents. It is very important to make arrangements to hold awareness program to comprehend the value of child such as who is the child, what are the child’s necessity, etc.
Holding meetings, exchanging ideas among the teachers, holding workshops on child education are implementing with participation of above communities including teachers of the various places in the districts.

Granting allowances
Livelihood of most of the people in these districts will be cultivation and they do not have monthly permanent salaries. Owing to this, attendance of the children of the less income families will be in a minimum level. Further, teachers of such centers are receiving only a little money from the parents of children as their salaries. It is not enough even for one person for a living. Owing to this matter teachers are frustrated and it will be responsible for the development of child.
Owing to this reason HADEF was able to grant theses 35 teachers Rs. 6000.00 monthly with the help of donors.
